@ross What is the error? The file should be in your download folder. From the MSC app Files section, Import, it should let you access your device Downloads folder to select the files. The newly downloaded files will also be in Recents.

Ok, sometimes there are minor write errors or file formatting errors in tracks. To see if that is what is going on, turn off the preamp (for original sound volume) and save the track. Does this new copy cut off at the same point?
