playlist suddenly full of music not added from the recently played

Don't know how to explain this correctly but I was listening to some of my music and vídeo and adding some of them on some playlists of mine, however suddenly while I was doing this, I checked it of my playlist who have some of my personal faves, however the playlist who used to have it Around 25 - 35 minutes there were more than several hours of music that had not been added and that was only on the recently played.

Could it be that a playlist got added to the playlist? That would explain the drastic increase of time. If you can repeat what you were doing and screen record it, we can explain or debug what it is going on.
