DLNA and Local Network support

There should be a menu for scanning local network media devices, or a prompt to insert an IP or SMB address directly. This allows for accessing these devices/servers and use the apps' functions on those streams/files.

Users should be able to control that network scanning permission too, if such a thing would be necessary to be implemented for this feature.
