Real time pitch shift

Hello,

I am not a musician. I am looking for an app with the following features:

- run on a smartphone (better android , worse iOS)

- Real time shift of pitch from microphone or Bluetooth input

- don't care file input or output

- output on system loudspeaker or bluetooth

- acceptable latency

- of course, only pitch shift is required , no tempo shift (real time ...)

The purpose is to use my smartphone as a hearing aid device . I am partially impaired, and can get selected frequencies better than others.

Can it be done?

For a good product, price is no issue.

Exactly what I'm looking for. I can't hear high frequencies so unable to hear the high frequency bleeper of my drone's locating device. I have proved your app works by recording the sound and playing it back through the app with lowered pitch. However I need a live input via my Android mobile (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) microphone for locating my drone if lost.
I'm sure many others would benefit from this added function.
