8 Band Equalizer Frequencies

To all the people that are new to the app or it's your first time using the app, here are the 8 band equalizer frequencies in order from left to right as it follows here.

60 Hz = Low end, sub bass, boominess, rumble, vibration, richness, powerful, the highest maximum frequency of sub bass when it comes to 808s as well. 20 Hz also counts as well as the lowest frequency in sub bass. 60 Hz is very common in bass boosting. And, it's important too. Try boosting 60 Hz as long as you lower the preamp for headroom. Some songs do tend to clash with the kick and 808/bass. You may want to be careful about it.

150 Hz = Phone vibration to feel the vocals/audio in general when you boost it. If a song has too much energy in that frequency range that lies in the song, this is where you would cut the frequency out. Including kick and bass. Depending on the preamp that you set for your headroom, in Track Isolation Splitter, it allows you to turn up the drums and bass together and boost up more 60 Hz as well in the equalizer as you cut 150 Hz.

400 Hz = Warmth/Warm sound when it comes to piano, electric piano, and chord progression pads when you boost it. This is where you would cut it for boxy sounding vocals. And, this is where vocals lies to as it has the most body to it.

1KHz = The original bleep tone for T.V. shows and censorship. This is where you would boost it on vocals/audio to thicken it up for a thick sound. This is where the midrange begins.

2KHz = Screechy/honky sound when it's played through your phone at maximum volume when it comes to vocals/audio and other instruments when you boost it. This is the frequency you would check through the headphones to remove the distortion/clipping from the preamp. It's the easiest way to do it.

4KHz = Harsh sounding frequency when it comes to vocals/audio. This is the frequency you would fully cut at -15 dB. Don't boost it too much.

8KHz & 16KHz = Airy, sparkly, crystal clearness, shiny, brightness, glistening, zingy, crispy, intelligence, and clarity.

You would boost it in general a lot when it comes to testing your high frequency hearing. All high frequencies are emphasized. It enhances vocals/audio and articulates the presence of speech as well as S's and T's. Even TVs have equalizers too. That's where it's also gonna be boosted as well.

Only adults through 20s and 30s can hear 16KHz. And, people from 40s to 50s and up can hear 15KHz and below.
