Hello, the default formant sound quality in the Android is set to 'Low' rather than 'High' in the iOS version. In listening tests there is a discernible (but very slight) difference between them. You can adjust this in Settings...Advanced
It is set this way by default because it is much harder to get smooth, dropout free audio on Android with a CPU intensive workload (which high quality formant detection/shifting is) because of the way the audio pathway is designed and because of the wide range of device capabilities out there compared to iOS.
