Can I use "Music Speed Changer" app for commercial use?

For example, if I use the app to change the pitch of a song and use this changed song in my Youtube Channel, will I be breaking a rule or is this kind of use allowed?

    You can use the app to change the pitch and alter the song. It will not break any terms with the app as that is its intended use. YouTube allows you to upload videos with such a remix, the videos do not get taken down. For commercial use, as in making money on YouTube, depending on the original author of the song, YouTube may divert advertising profit to the original owner of song. It's best to check with YouTube for details on that. From an app use perspective, you can create remixes out of any DMR free track from your collection.
