It seems that the system for reading track numbers and displaying them in the album list behaves strangely if the track number starts with a 0 has a slash in it (e.g. 08/17).
8/100 and 9/100 are fine, but for 08/100 and 09/100, the track number straight up gets ignored. 01/100 through 07/100 read correctly. Then 010/100 through 017/100 read as 8 through 15, and 018/100 and 019/100 read as 1. Then 020/100 reads as 16. 10/100 reads (correctly) as 10, though.
It looks to me like track numbers starting with 0 and containing a / are read as octal.
What's particularly strange to me is I've checked with a few others, and neither of them have the same issue, despite all of us running 9.1.6-pl. For what it's worth, I'm running a Nokia 7.1 (Android 10), and the people I've checked with are on a Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android 10) and an LG K11+ (Android 7.1).
